- Upon receiving your item(s), carefully inspect the packaging. If any damage is evident, including damage to the box, please make a note of it when signing for delivery.
- If you're unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, indicate "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
- Should your item(s) arrive damaged, promptly send photos of the damage to support@overmedic.com
- We will expedite the resolution process, typically issuing an immediate replacement or refund within one business day.
