Refunds and Returns Policy

Ensuring your satisfaction is our priority, and we've designed a straightforward return and refund process to make your shopping experience with us comfortable.

  1. Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window to initiate returns from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if it surpasses the 30-day period, we won't be able to process the return.

  2. Shipping Cost: In cases where the item is defective or not as expected, we cover the shipping costs for the return. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, the shipping expenses will be your responsibility.

  3. Defective or Broken Products: If the product is malfunctioning or damaged, inform us within 30 days. We'll facilitate the return without any additional charges. Upon receipt and assessment of the issue, we will either provide a replacement or issue a full refund, inclusive of the original shipping cost.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return a product within 30 days for reasons unrelated to defects, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund the product amount, deducting the shipping cost.

  5. Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed to your credit card or the payment method used within 7 business days. Please be aware that some banks or cards may take additional time to reflect the refund. If more than 10 business days pass without the refund appearing, kindly reach out to us at support@overmedic.com

Please note that depending on the circumstances, there may or may not be a restocking fee associated with returns.
